In this role, you will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on wound prevention and self-care. You’ll document outcomes, monitor healing progress, and ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.
