As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:
-Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
-Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
-Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
- Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
- Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
-Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

Bonus Structure:
-Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period.
-Unlimited referral bonuses of $350 for RBT’s and $2000 for BCBA’s
You will need:
-Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
-Valid BCBA Certification
-Applicable license to practice within Georgia
-1+ years of experience as a BCBA
-Strong leadership skills
-Strong oral and written communication skills
